Question 1

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

PLA filament: plant-based, eco-friendly, and available in dozens of colors. For pieces that need more durability, ask about PETG.

Question 2

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders print and ship within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping within the US typically takes another 3 to 5 days. Local pickup in Tempe is usually available same or next day.

Question 3

Can I customize colors and sizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Color, size, and finish are all customizable on most pieces. Message me on Instagram with what you have in mind and I will let you know what is possible before you commit.

Question 4

How durable are the prints?

Accepted Answer

Very durable for display and indoor use. PLA holds up well at room temperature but can soften in sustained heat (like a car in an Arizona summer). Not dishwasher-safe.

Question 5

Do you offer local pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pickup at ICC Tempe, usually same or next day after printing. I also deliver within about an hour's drive of Tempe.

Question 6

How do custom orders work?

Accepted Answer

Message me on Instagram with your idea: a description, a reference photo, or a sketch. I will tell you if it is feasible, give you a price, and we will agree on details before I start. Most custom orders need a 50% deposit upfront.

Question 7

Can I order as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I can ship directly to the recipient with a handwritten note, or package it for you to give in person. Just mention it is a gift when you message me.
